On Nov 3, 2015, China announced that it will allow its tightly managed yuan to trade freely by 2020, potentially easing trade tensions with the United States and other nations.
(Comment: Bloomberg separately reported that US$ 460.6 billion left China in Q3 and beijing is now informally restricting outbound transfers.)
