CHINA-TIBET MINORITY PROTEST

 A letter written from prison on February 24, 2016, and addressed to the Qinghai Higher People's Court by the well-known and popular Tibetan blogger Druklo, more widely known by his pen name Shokjang, is being circulated among members of the Tibetan community, including in exile. Druklo is being held in detention in Rebkong (Chinese: Tongren), Qinghai after his arrest on March 19, 2015.
