In its September 2017 issue, Hongkong's Mingjing magazine published an 80-plus page interview of Guo Wengui with journalist Chen Xiaoping. In the interview, Guo Wengui praises Xi Jinping but targets PBSC member and CDIC Chairman Wang Qishan. It cites Guo Wengui as detailing lots of `evidence' of the immense wealth of Wang Qishan's proxies in the US, UK, Switzerland and elsewhere. Guo Wengui also talks of other individuals who have yet to step forward to make further claims.
