The book launch and the conference was jointly organised by the Chennai Centre for China Studies(C3S), Centre for China Analysis and Strategy (CCAS) and the National Maritime Foundation (NMF), Tamil Nadu.
The event was held on the 23 February 2018 (Friday) at the AV Complex, INS Adyar, Chennai.
