Fifteen players between the ages of 18 and 20 of the Tibetan Women’s Soccer were all refused US visas to go as guests to participate in this spring’s Dallas Cup tournament for young players.  Team members said it cost the team US$ 3,520 – half its yearly budget – plus travel expenses just to apply.
