The Legal Daily on February 8, 2018 reported that at a press conference by the the State Council  on January 23, the  Vice Minister of Justice Xiong Xuanguo released the document on judicial reforms entitled 'Interpretations for Administrative Procedure Law', which is based on the "Opinions on Accelerating the Reform of Judicial Administration" which began being drafted in Match 2017.It involves 85 reform measures.
