CHINA-INTERNAL: PRIVATE TEACHERS IN HUBEI PETITION PREMIER LI KEQIANG

3258 private teachers in Hubei province jointly wrote a letter to PRC Premier Li Keqiang which they posted on a blog on February 9. They complained that they were not remunerated on par with government teachers and neither were their problems heard. In fact, they claimed " it is even harder for us to see the main government leaders than to ascend to the sky!" They alleged too that the public security prevented them from voicing their grievances and suppressed them.
