CrowdStrike, a privately owned internet security firm, recently issued a 60 page report which provides evidence of a Chinese cyber espionage unit, PutterPanda. CrowdStrike believes this is part of Unit 61486 of the PLA General Staff Department.  This group is different from PLA unit 61398 named previously in the Mandiant report.
