The PLA organised a ceremony on August 1 at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing to celebrate the 91st Founding Anniversary of the PLA. PRC Defence Minister General Wei Fenghe praised the CCP for its able leadership of PLA. Foreign military attaches also attended this ceremony.
