CHINA-INTERNAL: THREE SENIOR CHINA SHIP BUILDING INDUSTRY CORPN (CSIC) PERSONNEL KILLED IN TYPHOON

51-year old Huang Qun, Deputy Director of CSIC’s No 760 Institute in Dalian, Song Yuecai, 61-year former submarine Captain and Chief Scientist of the Experimental Programme and Jiang Kaibin, its Chief Electromechanical Engineer were confirmed to have drowned off the coast of Dalian on August 20 after being swept out to sea by Typhoon Rumbia. The platform’s developer, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), confirmed the deaths in a statement on Thursday.
