Buzzfeed’s China bureau chief, Megha Rajagopalan has been denied a visa by Chinese authorities. Megha Rajagopalan writes that China’s Foreign Ministry did not give her an explanation for the decision. Rajagopalan is reported to have worked in China for the past six years. Recently, she has earned a reputation for being one of the boldest foreign journalists in reporting about Xinjiang.
