CHINA-PLA: NEW POLITICAL COMMISSAR OF TIBET MILITARY REGION
PLAA Major General Zhang Xuejie was recently promoted as Political Commissar of the Tibet Military Region. The appointment was revealed on August 3, 2018. He was earlier the Deputy Director of the Political Work Department of the PLA Eastern Theater Command.
