CHINA-INDIA: CHINA 'ADVISES' INDIA NOT TO OVER-REACT TO DRONES SALE TO PAKISTAN

The Global Times (October 10, 2018) 'advised' India not to over react to the sale of 48 Wing Loong-II drones by China to Pakistan and sought to justify it by saying "Combating terrorism is a priority for Pakistan, but it is also a big concern for India. While the Chinese drones help Pakistan rein in terrorism and improve its security situation in the future, they will also benefit India to some degree. Perhaps Indian people and media should see the bright side more and stop feeling they are always being targeted by others." It also dismissed any connection between India's US& 5 billion arms deal with Russia and this  sale, described as "China's largest drone deal of its kind" to Pakistan.
