CHINA-ROK: NEW CHINA BUREAU IN ROK FOREIGN MINISTRY
South China Morning Post reported (December 22) that RoK Foreign Ministry spokesman Noh Kyu-duk had the previous week confirmed that Seoul plans to overhaul its diplomatic focus on China by establishing a separate bureau in its foreign ministry entirely dedicated to China affairs.
