Zhang Haipeng, CEO of China Resources Medication Group (CRM), a pioneer in China's experiments in public hospital investment, has resigned amid an anti-corruption storm at its parent company. Zhang Haipeng confirmed that he submitted his resignation two weeks ago.  Zhang Haipeng is a well-known writer who uses the pen name of Feng Tang. He was a global partner at McKinsey & Company in 2007, and later joined China Resources Holdings as a general manager in its strategic management department. A graduate of the Peking Union Medical College, he later went to the United States for his MBA.
