Radio Free Asia (RFA) on March 27 claimed that netizens after viewing foreign media films of Xi Jinping, during his European tour commencing March 22, reported that Xi Jinping was swinging on both sides while walking, his feet were not balanced, and his movements were a bit stiff. RFA claimed its reporter checked the film of Xi Jinping’s public activities in the past few months, and that there is a clear difference with this visit. There is speculation among netizens that it could be a sign of Parkinson's.
