China's Foreign Ministry announced on July 7 that Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay state visits to Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela and Cuba from July 17 to 23. He will also attend a summit of the BRICS nations and a meet Latin American and Caribbean nations' leaders in Brazil.
