Boxun, the Canada-based website which specialises on news relating to China, claimed on July 10, that investigations against Guo Boxiong, a former top military commander, and Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC) from 2002 to 2012, have almost been completed and he will be arrested soon. It added that these anti-corruption investigations have shaken the PLA.
