Former Chinese Premier Li Peng died on 22 July 2019 in Beijing at the age of 90. 

(Comment: Born in 1923, Li Peng served as Premier from 1987 to 1997 and then as Chairman of the NPC from 1998 to 2003, retaining his ranking as No: 2 in the Party. Russia educated Li Peng is survived by his wife and three children Li Xiaolin (daughter and Deputy to the NPC), Li Xiaopeng (Born: 1959) and Li Xiaoyong (Born on November 28, 1969 is a Basketball player).
