In a hard hitting expose the New York Times on October 15 front-paged details of bribes and gifts given by the Deutsche Bank over the past 15 years to over a 100 past and present top ranking Chinese communist cadres. Among those named together with details of the gifts, or cash, given were: former President Jiang Zemin, former Premier Wen Jiabao, his wife Zhang Beili, PBSC Member Li Zhanshu,  Wen Jiabao's son-in-law Liu Chunhang, daughter Wen Ruchun, daughter-in-law Yang Xiaomeng and son Winston Wen and his golf partner Huang Xuhuai.
