CHINA-SPACE: CHINA TO CREATE ZONE IN SPACE

The Science and Technology Daily, a newspaper affiliated with the Ministry of Science and Technology, reported (November 1) that Bao Weimin, Chief of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corp.’s Science and Technology Commission, said at a forum in Beijing on October 30, that China plans to set up the economic zone in "cislunar space" — the area lying inside the moon’s orbit — within the next few decades.
