CHINA-ECONOMY: PEOPLES BANK OF CHINA IS SANITISING CURRENCY NOTES

The Deputy Governor of the People's Bank of China (PBOC), Fan Yifei disclosed on February 15 that the PBoC was sanitizing bank notes as well as blocking their movement between cities in regions most affected by the outbreak to limit the transmission of the virus.
