The CCP CC Politburo meeting held under the chairmanship of Xi Jinping on July 20, announced that the CCP CC's Fourth Plenum will be held this October. It will, reportedly for the first time ever, focus on the rule of law and Meng Jianzhu, Politburo Member and Secretary of the the Central Political and Law Commission, will lead the plenum discussions.
