The Hubei provincial government lowered (March 25) the risk level for Wuhan to medium from high, indicating the city had fewer than 50 cases over the past two weeks. The rest of Hubei earlier adjusted the risk level to low. Heilongjiang province also adjusted its emergency response level joining 27 provinces and municipalities that have done so as the number of new cases declines. So far, only Hubei, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei maintain the highest level of response.
