On March 14 morning in the Changsha Wu Jialing area of Changsha (Hunan Province), five Uyghurs clashed with locals killing at least one person immediately and injuring many. Police arrived on the scene promptly and shot dead one assailant while three others ran away. Netizens claim at least five persons have died in the incident. A primary school in the vicinity was instructed to close.
