UCA News reported (April 2) that Cardinal Charles Bo of Yangon, who heads the Federation of Asian Bishop's Conferences, launched a searing attack on the CCP over the COVID virus, branding it "moral culpable",  demanding an apology and reparations. His statement also attacks Beijing's human rights record.
