China's official news agency 'Xinhua' reported that on March 15, 2014, the Chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC) Xi Jinping chaired the first meeting of the 'Central Military Commission Leading Small Group on National Defence and Reform'. CMC Vice Chairmen Fan Changlong and Xu Qiliang are the Deputy Heads.
