China's State Council announced (May 13) that arrangements will be made for those Deputies and officials not physically attending the third plenary session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) scheduled to start on May 21, and the third plenary session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) due to open on May 22 in Beijing, to participate via video-conferencing.
