CHINA-ZAMBIA: THREE CHINESE NATIONALS MURDERED IN LUSAKA
Chinese Ambassador to Zambia, Li Jie made representations to the Zambian Foreign Ministry on May 25, after three Chinese nationals were murdered in the capital Lusaka, demanding the Zambian authority solve the case immediately. The Global Times said (May 25) the three Chinese nationals from East China's Jiangsu Province were murdered by three local Zambians who then set fire to the warehouse of a Chinese clothing company on May 24. The Chinese Embassy condemned the "appalling and vicious act of violence."
