As de-escalation talks are underway between India and China, Hu Jixin, Editor-in-Chief of the Party-owned Global Times tweeted on June 23 evening: "New Delhi has loud voices, but needs to restrain actions. As far as I know, China is seriously committed to calming down the situation and is at the same time preparing for the worst. Don't mess with PLA otherwise, they will teach you a heavier lesson".
