CHINA-TIBET: CHINA-APPOINTED PANCHEN LAMA ARRIVES IN LHASA

Norbu Gyaltsen, the China-appointed Panchen Lama arrived in Lhasa on July 31. He visited the Jokhang Temple on August 3. The Panchen Lama is in Tibet for religious and cultural festivals to be held in 2020.
