15 Chinese researchers have apparently been told on September 1, that they must leave the country as soon as possible after the University of North Texas (UNT) abruptly cut ties with the organization that funds them — the Chinese Scholarship Council, which is under the Chinese Ministry of Education. UNT hasn't said why.
