Asia Times reported (January 6) that China had denied visas to a 10-member WHO team leaving for China to enquire into the origins of the coronavirus pandemic. W.H.O. Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus was quoted saying he was "shocked" by the visa ban.
