CCTV telecast a report highlighting the China-CEEC Leaders Summit held in video mode on February 9. The summit was hosted by Chinese President Xi Jinping who delivered a keynote speech and discussed China-CEEC with the leaders of the Central and Eastern European countries. Chinese President Xi Jinping pointed out that the summit held under the special background of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has demonstrated the determination of all countries to work together to overcome difficulties and seek common development. He said this summit is China's first home diplomacy this year. It is the highest-level meeting of leaders since the establishment of the China-CEEC cooperation mechanism.
