Xu Zhen, former chairman and Communist Party secretary of the Shanghai Clearing House (SCH) has been charged with corruption and bribery. The Shanghai procuratorate issued a warrant for his arrest on April 1, nearly four months after the Central Discipline Inspection Commission said he had been put under investigation. Xu Zhen's case is linked to violations of regulations covering pay confidentiality, sources familiar with the matter told Caixin (April 3).
