The Party theoretical journal Qiu Shi (Seeking Truth 2021/15) published an article on August 1, by Lu Dongfu, Chairman and Party Secretary of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd, who highlighted the advantages of China's high-speed railway. He pointed to General Secretary Xi Jinping's visit on July 22, 2021, to the Linzhi Railway Station to learn about the overall plan of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway and the construction and operation of the Lhasa-Nyingchi section, and took a special train to observe the construction along the Lalin Railway and study related issues in depth.
