Xi Jinping, CCP CC General Secretary, presided over the symposium and delivered an important speech, emphasising that "we should correctly understand the current economic situation, unify thoughts and actions into the analysis, judgment, and decision-making deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the current economic situation, and go deep into the grassroots to seek advice and strategies and analyse more".
