Reuters (August 12) reported Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi as saying on August 12 that the bus blast on July 14 that killed 13 people, including nine Chinese workers, was a suicide bombing by Islamist militants backed by the Indian and Afghan intelligence agencies.
