The CCP's leading theoretical fortnightly journal Qiu Shi (Seeking Truth) on August 15 (Issue 2021/16) published an article by CCP CC General Secretary Xi Jinping which included excerpts from 16 speeches given by him between June 2015 and February 2021. The article was captioned 'Summarize the party’s historical experience and strengthen the party’s political construction'.
