China's official 'Global Times' reported on March 26, 2014 that O-Bay Aircraft Co., a Chinese firm, has signed a framework agreement valued at 20 billion Yuan (US$ 3.2 billion)  with Russian aircraft manufacturer Sukhoi to produce  a hundred Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ-100)  at an assembly plant in Zhengzhou in central China. O-Bay plans to team up with two other Chinese companies namely, China Tianli Aviation Technology Co and the Shanghai Yuan-Fei Technology Co. The project will provide 50,000 new jobs.
