Sir Geoffrey Nice QC delivered the Uyghur Tribunal’s judgment in London on December 9, 2021. The tribunal has determined that China has committed torture and crimes against humanity and possibly genocide, all instructed by Xi Jinping and supported by the most senior government officials.
