Xi Jinping delivered an important speech on January 11, at the opening ceremony of the seminar on the study
and implementation of the spirit of the CCP CC Sixth Plenary Session for leading cadres at the provincial
and ministerial levels. Premier Li Keqiang presided over the meeting which was attended also by PBSC
members Li Zhanshu, Wang Yang, Wang Huning, Zhao Leji, Han Zheng and Wang Qishan. Also attending
were: Members of the Politburo, Secretary of the CCP CC Secretariat, Vice-Chairman of the NPC Standing
Committee, State Councilors, President of the Supreme People's Court, Chief Procurator of the Supreme
People's Procuratorate, Vice-Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee and members of the CMC. The
main responsible comrades of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, the Xinjiang Production
and Construction Corps, the relevant departments of the central and state organs, and the relevant people's
organizations, as well as the main responsible comrades of major military units and departments of the CMC
participated in the seminar. The central committees of the democratic parties, the All-China Federation of
Industry and Commerce and responsible comrades from relevant parties attended the opening ceremony.
