CHINA-LEADERSHIP: CHINESE PREMIER LI KEQIANG ANNOUNCES HE WILL STEP DOWN NEXT MARCH

Reuters (March 11) reported that China's Premier Li Keqiang confirmed on March 11 his plans to step down after his current term expires next March. Li Keqiang told a news conference: "This is the last year I will be premier". (Comment: Li Keqiang has been Premier since 2013, and is constitutionally limited to two terms.)
