CHINA-AFRICA: FUTURE AFRICAN LEADERS ATTEND FIRST TRAINING SESSION AT CHINA-ASSISTED CENTRE IN TANZANIA

The South China Morning Post (June 21) reported that future leaders from ruling political parties in Tanzania, South Africa, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Namibia, and Angola attended their first session at the Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Leadership School in Kibaha, 40km (25 miles) outside Dar es Salaam in Tanzania, earlier this month. The training school was funded with US$40 million support from China’s Communist Party's International Liaison Department and was financed by the six ruling parties of the southern African countries.
