CHINA-CCP: CENTRAL POLITICS AND LAW COMMISSION WARNS AGAINST INTERFERENCE IN JUDICIAL ACTIVITIES

The CDIC's Discipline and Supervision News (August 13) published an article captioned 'Deepen the correction of stubborn diseases that violate the "three regulations"', which disclosed that "a few days ago, the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission publicly announced 7 typical cases of leading cadres interfering in judicial activities, intervening in specific cases, judicial personnel interfering with cases and improper contacts". It said this is the fourth time that the Central Politics and Law Commission has publicly announced such a case since the education and rectification of the national political and legal team last year.
